About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will:

Identify new commercial opportunities and sustainable revenue streams.
Develop partnerships with corporate clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
Lead business initiatives from planning and evaluation through implementation.
Strengthen digital marketing performance, audience reach, and conversion.
Use commercial insights and performance data to support decision-making.
Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational teams.
Oversee budgets, external vendors, and relevant commercial policies.
Lead the Commercial Growth and Marketing & Communications teams.
Ensure commercial activities comply with regulatory and institutional requirements.
