The role oversees end‑to‑end batching operations, quality control, workforce management, and delivery scheduling while driving profitability and cost efficiency. It also requires strong business development capability to secure new supply contracts and maintain client relationships. The manager ensures full compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards while achieving production, sales, and financial targets.
