Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising standards.
- Create appealing window displays and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate product placement, styling, and store layouts.
- Train store teams on merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor stock presentation and maintain visual standards.
- Visit branches regularly to ensure consistency and identify improvement opportunities.
