Marketing Specialist – Nail Station Salon

This role is responsible for creating and executing marketing and content plans across brands. The position covers bilingual content writing in Arabic and English, CRM execution across platforms, campaign coordination, PR packages, blogger and influencer plans, events, loyalty and retention activities, competitive benchmarking, and monthly performance reporting.

To support the strategic growth of Kana Group and its brands (NumberC, Nail Station & Medica Care Center) by combining strong marketing execution with high-quality bilingual content, CRM communication, PR support, influencer and blogger coordination, and customer engagement initiatives that align with the group’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build monthly marketing action plans per brand, including campaigns, offers, launches, seasonal moments, and content priorities.
  • Create and maintain monthly content calendars across social media, CRM, website, app, and campaign channels.
  • Write, edit, and proofread bilingual content in Arabic and English, including captions, reels scripts, story text, email content, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp messages, website/app banners, and campaign copy.
  • Ensure all content is clear, on-brand, culturally relevant, and suitable for each platform and audience.
  • Plan, make, and execute CRM communication across platforms, including email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, app notifications, and website/app pop-ups when applicable.
  • Support CRM segmentation, customer journeys, offer communication, retention campaigns, and post-campaign performance tracking.
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end: briefs, timelines, deliverables, approvals, platform roll-out, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate influencer and blogger plans (micro/UGC/Class A/B): briefs, schedules, deliverables, posting requirements, tracking, and payments alignment with finance.
  • Coordinate monthly PR packages, including seeding lists, stock requests, packaging notes, delivery follow-up, blogger reminders, reposts, and results tracking.
  • Lead activations and events planning with operations, including booths, in-store setups, collaborations, pop-ups, guest lists, checklists, and on-ground execution.
  • Support paid media execution with the performance team/agency, including campaign objectives, creative requirements, landing pages, UTMs, offers, and content variations.
  • Coordinate closely with the creative team to prepare clear design and video briefs, review deliverables, and ensure content is delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with brand managers and business units to understand commercial needs and convert them into clear marketing and content actions.
  • Ensure brand voice and visuals are consistent across all channels, branches, and customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and share actionable insights related to content, offers, influencers, CRM, events, and market trends.
  • Track and report on content, CRM, influencer, PR, event, and campaign performance, including KPIs, ROI, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
