Information Technology Specialist
Scope of Job:
The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure reliable and secure operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Monitor and manage servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide user support and technical assistance.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups.
- Maintain technical documentation and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
