About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience by understanding customers’ needs, recommending suitable products, and providing attentive service. You will support daily store operations, maintain visual and brand standards, and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional assistance.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and styles.
• Achieving sales targets through effective selling, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of products, sizes, materials, and new arrivals.
• Arranging and replenishing merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keeping the shop floor, fitting rooms, displays, and stock areas clean and organized.
• Handling customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Following company procedures relating to payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
• Maintaining the required grooming standards and representing the brand professionally.
• Cooperating with colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
