Wireline Field Engineer – Senergy
Responsible to deliver high quality services to our clients.
Responsible for the quality of service delivered at the wellsite, to ensure safety, quality and efficiency of operation is up to standard, and to ensure that the preparation and dispatching of equipment is complete.
The Field Engineer is in charge of their operating cell and is responsible for the training and development of personnel assigned to their cell and for the maintenance status of their assigned equipment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities This section describes the primary duties and responsibilities to give an accurate, complete picture of the job.
Activities
▪ Control quality of service during all phases of the operation, ensure job is completed as per Standard Operating Procedures and HSE Procedures, and ensure that products of highest quality are delivered to the client.
▪ Perform all reporting and administrative duties concerning the field operations, accurately and in a timely manner.
▪ Ensure that the principles of internal maintenance systems are systematically applied on all tools and equipment of the location and to keep them in a state of readiness.
▪ Ensure that the status of all equipment in the location is reported and kept up to date in the internal maintenance system.
▪ Ensure that supplies are available at the wellsite to perform the operation.
▪ Perform agreed upon yearly individual KPIs.
▪ Perform other duties as assigned.
People Management
▪ Responsible for their personal development by following the company training programs.
▪ Responsible for the training of JFEs/JFTs and crew assigned to their cell.
HSE&Q
▪ Promote a culture of safety awareness.
▪ Ensure his work areas are safe, clean and orderly at all times.
▪ Follow the company policies and procedures on health, safety and environment.
▪ Support Management efforts to minimize general HSE&Q risks, and promote respect, understanding and adherence to safety regulations
