Public Relations Officer – مندوب – SmartPet

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Public Relations Officer (PRO / Mandob) to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing government-related transactions, coordinating with ministries and public authorities, and ensuring the timely completion of all official procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Kuwaiti government processes, particularly traffic-related procedures, and be capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• Process and follow up on transactions with government ministries and public authorities.
• Handle all traffic-related procedures, including registrations, renewals, transfers, and other official transactions.
• Prepare, submit, and collect official documents and applications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of government requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of completed and pending transactions.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular updates on the status of government applications and approvals.

• إنجاز ومتابعة المعاملات لدى الوزارات والجهات الحكومية المختلفة.
• تنفيذ ومتابعة جميع معاملات الإدارة العامة للمرور، بما في ذلك التسجيل، التجديد، نقل الملكية، وغيرها من الإجراءات.
• إعداد وتقديم واستلام المستندات والطلبات الرسمية.
• التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لضمان استكمال المتطلبات الحكومية في الوقت المحدد.
• حفظ ومتابعة سجلات المعاملات المنجزة وقيد الإنجاز.
• الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات الحكومية وسياسات الشركة.
• تقديم تحديثات دورية عن حالة المعاملات والموافقات الحكومية.
