Project Engineer – HVAC Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and coordinate HVAC preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
Manage day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and subcontractors to ensure quality work and compliance with safety standards.
Monitor the performance of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ventilation, and associated equipment.
Conduct site inspections and identify maintenance requirements and improvement opportunities.
Prepare maintenance schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and HSE regulations.
Monitor project progress, productivity, and maintenance costs, and recommend corrective actions when required.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, monthly progress reports, and client documentation.
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.
Ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance activities.
Participate in client meetings and provide technical support when required.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with industry standards and best engineering practices.
