Identify and approach potential corporate clients across various sectors.
Conduct regular outdoor sales visits and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable SMS and WhatsApp Business solutions.
Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up on renewals, repeat business, upselling, and collections.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for client onboarding and service activation.
Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide weekly sales reports.
