Indoor farming Supervisor
We are looking for an Indoor Farming Supervisor to join our team in Hawali. This role is important in helping us grow crops using modern indoor farming methods while maintaining high quality and efficiency. The supervisor will also support sales efforts by helping present and explain our products and farming operations to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the indoor farm and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and guide farm workers, providing training and support when needed.
- Monitor crop growth, plant health, irrigation, nutrients, and pest control.
- Apply sustainable farming practices to improve crop quality and reduce waste.
- Organize planting, harvesting, and maintenance schedules.
- Work with the team to test and improve new farming methods and technologies.
- Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Track production results and prepare simple reports for management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to purchase needed materials and equipment.
- Assist with sales presentations and communicate the company’s farming solutions to customers
