Job Overview

The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that tasks and operational activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. The role requires strong organizational skills, close follow-up, effective coordination, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily operational activities.
• Organize, assign, and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with team members and different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up on orders, inventory, supply, and delivery-related operations when required.
• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly operational schedules and plans.
• Identify operational issues and support timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate operational records, data, and documentation.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development and improvement of operational processes and procedures.
• Ensure daily activities are carried out according to company standards.
• Perform other operational duties as required.

يتولى مسؤول العمليات الإشراف على سير العمليات اليومية وضمان تنفيذ المهام والخطط التشغيلية بكفاءة ودقة. سيكون مسؤولًا عن متابعة الأعمال اليومية، والتنسيق بين مختلف الأطراف، والتأكد من إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد وفق معايير الشركة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• الإشراف والمتابعة اليومية على سير العمليات التشغيلية.
• تنظيم ومتابعة المهام والتأكد من تنفيذها في الوقت المحدد.
• التنسيق بين الإدارات وأعضاء الفريق لضمان انسيابية العمل.
• متابعة الطلبات والعمليات المتعلقة بالمخزون والتوريد والتسليم عند الحاجة.
• إعداد ومتابعة الجداول والخطط التشغيلية اليومية والأسبوعية.
• متابعة المشكلات التشغيلية والعمل على إيجاد حلول سريعة وفعالة.
• التأكد من دقة البيانات والمعلومات والملفات التشغيلية.
• إعداد التقارير التشغيلية ورفع المستجدات للإدارة.
• متابعة أداء العمليات وتحديد فرص التحسين والتطوير.
• المساهمة في تحسين إجراءات العمل ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية.
• تنفيذ أي مهام تشغيلية أخرى مرتبطة بطبيعة الوظيفة.
