HR Administrator – Industrial Electrical Projects Company

Responsibilities:

  3. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions to facilitate a seamless transition into the company.
  4. Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities and feedback sessions, aimed at improving workplace morale and fostering a positive company culture.
  5. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively and adhered to throughout the organization.
