CDP – Prepartion
- Prepare and cook Levantine dishes as per standard recipes and quality standards.
- Handle daily mise en place and food preparation activities.
- Demonstrate strong knife skills for cutting, chopping, slicing, and portioning vegetables, meat, and other ingredients efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and HACCP procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when required.
