CDP – Prepartion

  • Prepare and cook Levantine dishes as per standard recipes and quality standards.
  • Handle daily mise en place and food preparation activities.
  • Demonstrate strong knife skills for cutting, chopping, slicing, and portioning vegetables, meat, and other ingredients efficiently.
  • Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Follow food safety and HACCP procedures at all times.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages when required.
