Cost Controller
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across manufacturing and restaurant operations.
- Analyze production costs, recipe costing, wastage, and inventory variances.
- Prepare cost reports, profitability analysis, and monthly variance reports.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and reconciliation.
- Monitor FMCG product costing, raw material consumption, and yield analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and restaurant teams for cost optimization.
- Review pricing, portion control, and standard recipes to maintain profitability.
- Conduct regular audits on inventory, wastage, and operational processes.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within ERP or inventory management systems.
