Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing activities across P&C Beauty and Fashion brands to improve brand visibility, product availability, sales performance, and customer engagement. Ensures effective coordination between sales, marketing, suppliers, and retail operations to achieve business objectives and strengthen market presence.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Policies and Procedures
- Assist in implementing the P&C Division’s policies, systems, and processes in full compliance with Mohamed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons’ corporate standards and guidelines.
Trade Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Planning and Execution
- Assist in planning and executing trade marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and in-store activations across all P&C Beauty and Fashion brands.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, visibility campaigns, and brand activation initiatives to support sales growth and market expansion.
- Ensure all promotional materials, displays, POSM, and merchandising activities are executed according to approved brand guidelines and timelines.
- Support the development of annual trade marketing calendars aligned with business goals and supplier requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding promotional plans, product launches, and brand support activities.
Merchandising and Brand Visibility
- Monitor in-store execution of displays, product placement, shelf visibility, and promotional activities to maximize customer engagement and brand presence.
- Coordinate with sales teams and retail outlets to ensure proper implementation of merchandising standards and promotional displays.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor brand performance, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Ensure product visibility and merchandising standards are maintained across all channels and outlets.
Sales Coordination and Performance Support
- Work with sales teams to support sell-out activities and improve product movement across retail channels.
- Track promotional performance and support the achievement of sales targets through effective trade marketing execution.
- Assist in analysing product performance, promotional effectiveness, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support pricing activities, promotional offers, and trade agreements in coordination with sales and management teams.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Prepare trade marketing reports covering campaign performance, promotional effectiveness, competitor analysis, and market feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation for trade activities, supplier support, promotional budgets, and campaign execution records.
- Provide recommendations for improving trade marketing performance, visibility strategies, and sales support initiatives.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
