Spare Parts Manager- Automotive – SOS HR Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Manager – Automotive to manage spare parts operations, inventory control, procurement, and team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, supplier management, warehouse operations, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall automotive spare parts department operations.
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory management, stock availability, and parts distribution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, and ensure optimal inventory control.
  • Coordinate with service, workshop, and sales teams to fulfill parts requirements.
  • Manage ordering processes, purchase requests, and supplier negotiations.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuing of spare parts.
  • Analyze sales trends and improve parts availability and profitability.
  • Lead and supervise spare parts team members.
  • Prepare reports related to inventory, sales, and operational performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in automotive spare parts management.
  • Proven experience managing a spare parts department or automotive dealership environment.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive components, parts identification, and sourcing.
  • Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and procurement skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
