Sales Operations Specialist – United Beverage Company K.S.C.C

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist for managing and optimizing sales-related systems and processes, including Customer relationship Management (CRM) maintenance, technical support, and sales tool integration, to enhance operational efficiency, drive performance, and ensure alignment between the sales department and IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize Customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Warehouse management system (WMS) related databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain the networking infrastructure supporting sales operations, ensuring stable connectivity and system performance across all devices and platforms
  • Implement and maintain technical systems to improve sales operations and align with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to the concerned team by addressing their operational and technical needs.
  • Ensure proper functionality of Van sales hardware, including handheld devices, SIM cards, printers, etc.
  • Conduct training for concerned team members on Customer relationship management (CRM) systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and sales tools to ensure optimal usage.
  • Assist in the creation and setup of new customer profiles in the system, ensuring accurate entry of customer data, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Manage, update, and synchronize promotions and pricing across all sales platforms to ensure consistency.
  • Provide support on the execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for improving sales and warehouse systems and processes to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure adoption and compliance of sales processes across the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and IT teams to align sales operations and ensure smooth cross-departmental communication.
  • Coordinate with service providers for system integration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to maintain accurate customer records and synchronize backend updates across platforms.
  • Oversee and manage the client’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve network issues while ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain sales and warehouse systems to ensure maximum uptime and minimize disruptions to sales operations.
  • Contact customers for any systems issues or errors regarding performance / invoices or discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Oversee security camera systems and manage networking infrastructure related to sales operations.
  • Keep abreast to the the latest advancements in technology to ensure the department’s tools and processes are up-to-date.
  • Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
