We are looking for a dedicated, details-oriented Customer Experience & Operations Specialist with solid experience in the Kuwaiti furniture and interior market. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted consultant to our clients, managing the entire journey—from handling bespoke custom orders to overseeing logistics, managing after-sales support, and continuously elevating our service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries for both ready-made items (direct website purchases like tables, chairs, etc.) and customized furniture orders, guiding clients through specifications and closing sales effectively.
- Work closely with local workshops, operational teams, and delivery drivers in Kuwait to coordinate site measurements, production timelines, and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Actively track, troubleshoot, and resolve post-delivery issues or customer complaints with extreme professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Utilize CRM/POS systems and delivery coordination software to accurately log orders, track shipping statuses, and optimize delivery routes.
- Proactively analyze customer feedback and operational bottlenecks to propose strategies that constantly improve and upgrade Kono’s overall service experience.
