Sales Account Manager – Alghanim Industries
- Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, Territories, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Ensuring his full understanding of business needs, timely and successful offerings ,delivery of service and solutions.
- Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to fulfil customer requirements.
- Operating legitimately as the lead point-of-contact for any and all matters specific to his customers.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting, customer relationships
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of assigned revenues in timely manners & as per company directions.
- Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ongoing Learning, updating Knowledge and Developing himself, Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
- Identifying and growing opportunities and collaborating with relevant Teams to ensure plan/growth attainment.
- Assisting with high-severity company & customer urgent requests.
