Recruitment Specialist – Medical Sector

Scope of Work:

Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, specifically focusing on the medical sector. Ensuring timely sourcing, evaluation, and selection of qualified candidates in accordance with approved manpower plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for medical, clinical, and allied healthcare positions.
  • Handle recruitment requirements for Oil & Gas projects, ensuring compliance with project-specific standards.
  • Liaise with MOH for licensing, approvals, and candidate compliance as per local regulations.
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across multiple levels, including senior management and technical roles.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, reports, and dashboards for management.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower needs and project timelines.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support onboarding, mobilization, and relocation processes for candidates, including documentation and visa processing.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the medical sector.
  • Familiarity with MOH regulations and licensing processes for healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in large-scale recruitment drives and project staffing.
