Outdoor Sales – Hikayah company

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. This role is crucial in promoting and selling our extensive range of household appliances to a varied customer base. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with potential clients, building strong relationships, and providing outstanding customer service that ensures satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, performing market research, and effectively presenting our products to meet customer needs. This position requires a commitment of 8 hours a day, with one day off each week, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule while maximizing sales potential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and attending relevant industry events to expand the customer base effectively.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.
  4. Present and demonstrate our high-quality household appliances to potential customers, emphasizing features and benefits to drive purchasing decisions.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring that all terms are favorable for both the company and the customer while adhering to company policies.
  7. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategy adjustments.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive sales.
  9. Attend product training sessions regularly to stay informed about new product launches, updates, and industry trends.
  10. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the household appliances or a related industry, with a solid track record of success.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  3. Goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a strong drive for results.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  6. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  8. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences, showcasing resilience and creativity.
  10. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, enhancing customer interactions.
