Fixed Assets Management Supervisor – Canar Holding Careers
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and continuously update the Group Fixed Assets Register.
– Verify the existence, condition, and location of all assets through regular physical
checks.
– Coordinate with Finance and SCD on capitalization, tagging, tracking, and
reconciliation.
– Manage asset transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
– Confirm asset availability before approving new purchases.
– Lead full physical stock takes across all sites.
– Ensure all asset data is accurately recorded and reconciled in IFS Cloud and the Fixed
Assets Management (FAM) system.
– Support the implementation of asset tagging solutions (QR codes / GPS where
applicable).
– Enforce Fixed Assets policies and internal controls across the Group.
