Cost Controller – Nail Station Salon

Kana Group is seeking a proactive and analytical Female Cost Controller to oversee cost efficiency, margin control, budgeting support, and inventory discipline across its diversified businesses (Retail, Services, F&B, Healthcare, and UAE operations).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor COGS, gross margins, and operating costs across all business units.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis versus budget and prior periods.
- Control inventory levels, stock aging, and wastage.
- Review purchasing requests against budget, consumption, and stock coverage.
- Support annual budgets, forecasts, and cost planning processes.
- Develop cost reports, dashboards, and management KPIs.
- Partner with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to improve profitability.
- Strengthen costing processes and internal controls through ERP systems.
- Plan site visits and conduct periodic audits on cash handling, inventory controls, and stock management.
