Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, ensuring they are calibrated and ready for production, thus improving efficiency and minimizing downtime.

Monitor machine operations during production cycles and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and product quality.

Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure a safe working environment, minimizing process disruptions.

Collaborate with engineers and production supervisors to improve manufacturing processes and implement best practices, contributing to overall operational excellence.
