Job Description
We are looking for qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our team in Kuwait. Our operations include amusement rides, arcade games, indoor play areas.
We have the following vacancies available:
1. IT Supervisor – Amusement & Entertainment
Responsibilities:
- Supervise IT systems, networks, hardware, and software’s.
- Maintain POS, ticketing, arcade management and Readers & System Providers (Embed, Sacoa etc.)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external IT service providers.
- Monitor system performance, IT security, backups, and technical support activities.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science
- Relevant experience in IT support or supervision.
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
2. Manager – Amusement & Entertainment
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the overall daily operations of amusement rides, arcade games, indoor play areas, and bowling facilities.
- Develop operational plans, procedures, and performance targets to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.
- Supervise department supervisors, ride operators, arcade attendants, bowling staff, technicians, and customer service employees & evaluate employee performance
- Ensure all amusement rides, arcade machines and indoor play structures are properly inspected and maintained.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of ticketing systems, POS systems, arcade management software, and bowling scoring systems.
- Ensure staff receive appropriate training in customer service, equipment operation, safety procedures, and emergency response.
- Investigate operational incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare management reports covering revenue, attendance, staffing, maintenance, customer feedback, incidents, and operational performance.
- Lead regular team meetings, communicate operational targets, and ensure accountability across departments.
Requirements:
- Relevant management experience in amusement, entertainment, or leisure operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of customer service, operational planning, and safety management.
3. Amusement & Entertainment Equipment Technician
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot amusement equipment, arcade machines
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs within the scope of technical qualifications.
- Identify equipment faults and coordinate complex repairs with authorized service providers.
- Maintain maintenance records and report safety concerns promptly.
- Follow approved maintenance procedures and manufacturer instructions.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly Maintenance Checklist to be Performed and Communicated with the Manager.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronical troubleshooting.
- Have Knowledge of HVAC & ELV
- Experience with amusement equipment field is an advantage.
4. Operations Supervisor – Amusement & Entertainment
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities and frontline staff.
- Monitor the readiness and safe operation of rides, arcade games, indoor play areas.
- Ensure employees follow operating procedures and customer service standards.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate equipment issues with technicians.
- Maintain shift reports, attendance records, and operational checklists.
- Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, monitor attendance and Performance.
- Conduct regular operational inspections and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in entertainment, hospitality, leisure, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-management skills.
- Good understanding of operational safety and customer satisfaction.
