Accountant & Administrative Coordinator – Alwazzan Restaurant

We are a growing group of companies looking for a skilled, versatile, and proactive accountant who can also support administrative operations and serve as a point of contact for our international business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple companies

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws

• Coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors

Administration:

• Handle general office administration and organizational tasks

• Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, and records

• Assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups

• Support HR and operational processes when needed

Overseas Communication:

• Communicate professionally with international companies, suppliers, and partners via email and phone

• Draft and respond to business correspondence in English

• Follow up on international transactions, shipments, or agreements

• Represent the company professionally in all written and verbal communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (group of companies is a plus)

• Excellent command of English — written and spoken — essential for international communication

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently

• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
