Brand Manager – SOS HR Solutions

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and calendars, aligned with overall business objectives.
• Manage the brand’s positioning, messaging, and communications across all channels.

2. Campaigns & Content

• Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns (social media, digital, and offline) across all branches.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality, and engaging content is produced across the brand’s platforms.
• Support key doctors with tailored content creation, personal branding plans, and digital marketing activities to enhance their visibility and case acquisition.
• Manage internal and external creative resources, including designers, photographers, and videographers.

3. Digital Marketing

• Oversee digital marketing strategy and performance, including paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
• Work with digital agencies to optimize campaigns for patient acquisition and branch-level growth.
• Track and report on key digital KPIs, including leads, cost per lead, and conversion rate.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with clinic managers to ensure marketing efforts directly support patient and revenue targets at branch and doctor levels.
• Build community partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.

5. Patient Acquisition & Retention Support

• Design marketing initiatives that drive new patient acquisition and repeat visits.
• Support loyalty strategies and patient retention campaigns.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, reviews, and feedback in coordination with clinic managers.

6. Cross-Brand Support

• Provide marketing support to other brands within the organization when necessary, ensuring reliability, continuity, and collaborative success across the organization.
