Manager Supply Chain

Support Energy Services, Construction Company, in Oil & Gas, Power, Water, and
Infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of their supply chain, commercial
and technical requirements
Lead the end-to-end supply chain function covering strategic sourcing, procurement,
material planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics, ensuring cost-effective, timely
and reliable support to business and project requirements.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives, project
needs and market conditions, while maximizing commercial value, cost efficiency,
supplier performance and supply continuity.
Key Responsibilities
 Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, tendering, commercial negotiations,
contracting and supplier management.
 Develop sourcing strategies based on market intelligence, pricing, supplier
capabilities and supply risks.
 Negotiate competitive commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions and
contracts to maximize value.
 Manage suppliers, OEMs, subcontractors and service providers, including
qualification and performance management.
 Optimize inventory, warehousing, logistics and material availability while
minimizing working capital and total supply chain cost.
 Partner with Projects, Engineering, Operations, Finance and other functions to
ensure alignment of technical, commercial and delivery requirements.
 Drive digital transformation and maximize the use of ERP systems, automation,
data analytics and technology to improve visibility, planning, procurement,
reporting and decision-making.
 Establish effective KPIs, controls and dashboards to improve cost, service,
efficiency, compliance and supply chain performance.
 Identify and mitigate supply, commercial and logistics risks and develop
alternative sourcing and contingency plans.
 Lead continuous improvement, supplier rationalization and cost-reduction
initiatives.

 Lead and develop the supply chain team, promoting accountability, innovation
and a digital and data-driven culture.
