Commercial, Sales & Brand Operations Manager – Kitchen Industry (Kuwait)

About the Company

We are a leading company in Kuwait specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of premium German kitchens, locally manufactured wooden kitchens, stainless steel kitchens, aluminum kitchens, wardrobes, interior fit-out solutions, and building materials.

We are seeking an exceptional Commercial, Sales & Brand Operations Manager to lead the company’s commercial growth, sales performance, brand development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Drive sales growth across retail, residential, corporate, and project sectors.
  • Build strategic partnerships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.

Sales Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Establish KPIs, sales forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor CRM activities, conversion rates, and customer pipelines.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to project handover.

Brand & Marketing

  • Develop and implement the company’s branding and positioning strategy.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies to maximize lead generation and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Operations Management

  • Coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, installation, and after-sales departments.
  • Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project execution, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality management systems.

Financial & Business Performance

  • Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and commercial forecasts.
  • Monitor profitability, gross margins, and operating expenses.
  • Analyze financial reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver monthly executive reports with measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales, commercial management, or business development.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within the kitchen, furniture, interior fit-out, or building materials industry.
  • Previous experience in German kitchen brands is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of German kitchens, wooden kitchens, stainless steel kitchens, aluminum kitchens, wardrobes, and interior finishing.
  • Knowledge of kitchen manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and kitchen layouts.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Winner, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent).
