Warranty Coordinator – Al Mulla Group
Warranty Claim Management
•Process, review, and submit warranty claims through OEM portals (e.g., Mitsubishi, Fuso, Soueast, etc.) ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies.
•Verify repair orders, technician notes, parts usage, and labor operations for accuracy before submitting claims.
•Monitor claim status, track approvals/rejections, and take necessary corrective actions.
•Maintain complete and accurate records of all warranty transactions and claim histories.
Compliance & Documentation
•Ensure all warranty procedures are followed as per OEM guidelines and dealership policies.
•Conduct internal audits on repair orders to identify gaps or missing documentation prior to claiming submission.
•Prepare periodic warranty reports for management (claim volumes, recovery rates, rejection analysis).
Process Improvement
•Analyze repeated claim rejections and collaborate with service management to implement corrective and preventive measures.
•Recommend improvements in documentation, workflow, and technician compliance to enhance claim acceptance rates.
•Stay updated with OEM warranty policy changes and communicate them to the service team.
Coordination & Support
•Support Service Advisors and Technicians by guiding them on warranty documentation requirements.
•Assist in training staff on new warranty policies, systems, or changes in OEM guidelines.
•Collaborate with Parts Department to verify warranty part returns, tagging, and storage compliance.
