Marketing & PR Coordinator (Kuwaiti National) – United Beverage Company K.S.C.C
The Marketing & PR Coordinator provides day-to-day support for United Beverage Company’s marketing, communication, and public relations activities. The role assists in the coordination of campaigns, content development, media and influencer engagement, events, and brand activations while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication objectives. Working closely with the Marketing & Communication team, the Marketing & PR Coordinator helps facilitate the timely execution of marketing initiatives, supports stakeholder coordination, and contributes to enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement across digital, social, and traditional communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of consumer marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and retail-facing brand activations.
- Coordinate PR activities: drafting and distributing press releases, maintaining media lists, arranging interviews/press conferences, and compiling media reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, brand ambassadors, agencies, and activation partners.
- Draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy, press materials, talking points, and internal communications to ensure brand tone and quality.
- Assist with event and activation logistics: vendor coordination, permits, on-site support, talent management, and post-event reporting.
- Manage content calendar; coordinate with creative and digital teams for timely delivery of assets and approvals.
- Monitor and report on campaign and PR performance (media coverage, reach, engagement, basic KPI tracking); prepare summaries and post-campaign reports.
- Support influencer program management: briefings, contracts, content approval, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain media clippings, press kits, asset libraries, and crisis communication templates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, purchase, HR, finance) and external agencies to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Handle administrative tasks related to marketing and PR: budget tracking for campaigns/events, purchase orders, and invoice follow-up as required.
