Graphic Designer (Kuwaiti National) – United Beverage Company K.S.C.C
The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing creative and visually compelling design solutions that support United Beverage Company’s corporate identity, brand communication, marketing initiatives, digital presence, and customer engagement objectives. The role plays a key part in ensuring a consistent and professional visual experience across all company touchpoints, including corporate communications, social media platforms, websites, digital applications, marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and internal communications. Working closely with the Marketing & Communication team, the Graphic Designer translates business and marketing objectives into impactful visual content that strengthens brand perception, enhances audience engagement, and supports the company’s strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Corporate Communication
- Develop and maintain visual assets that align with corporate and brand guidelines across all business units and communication channels.
- Design corporate communication materials including presentations, reports, announcements, newsletters, and executive communication assets.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all internal and external touchpoints.
Marketing & Campaign Design
- Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, promotions, and brand activations.
- Develop visual content for events, sponsorships, partnerships, and public relations activities.
- Support the creation of campaign concepts and creative executions that align with marketing objectives and audience needs.
Digital & Social Media Design
- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, including static posts, stories, reels covers, digital advertisements, and campaign creatives.
- Adapt and optimize content across multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with content and communication teams to create visually impactful storytelling assets.
Website & Digital Platforms
- Design website visuals, landing page assets, banners, icons, and supporting digital content.
- Ensure all website-related creative materials align with the company’s visual identity and user experience standards.
- Support the continuous enhancement of digital brand presence through effective visual communication.
In-App & Customer Experience Design
- Design and update in-app communication assets, including:
- Promotional banners and campaign creatives
- Seasonal and product-related offers
- User notifications and messaging visuals
- Digital customer engagement materials
- Ensure visual assets support a seamless and engaging customer journey across digital applications.
Creative Execution & Production
- Adapt, resize, and optimize artwork for various formats, platforms, and communication channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers when required to ensure accurate and timely execution of creative materials.
- Stay informed on emerging design trends, digital experiences, and industry best practices relevant to FMCG, F&B, and consumer brands.
