Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring that all financial reporting is timely and precise, which aids in effective decision-making.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts, utilizing accounting software to identify discrepancies and ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to gather necessary data and provide insights that shape financial planning.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations to external auditors, facilitating a smooth review process.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations, thereby minimizing risks.
- Calculating and preparing attendance repot
- Analyze financial data and trends, providing detailed reports and recommendations to management that drive strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices, participating in relevant training sessions to enhance your professional expertise.
