Department Coordinator – Business Development – Pan Arab Consulting Engineers Company

What you will be doing

[ Drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, venues confirmation and making arrangements.
[ Drafting letters, emails and communications on behalf of the Department, as requested.
[ Establish and maintain good relationships with all authorities/stakeholders/internal staff.
[ Handle confidential and non-routine information with extreme confidentiality and sensitivity in the dissemination of this information.

Required Experience

[ At least 5 years of experience in administration and secretarial tasks in a business development / Marketing department at a similar A/E Consultancy firm.

Education

[ Bachelor’s degree in business management or an engineering field.

Certifications & Memberships

[ Certifications in change management, project management, business transformation, or data analysis are desirable (e.g., Prosci, Six Sigma, PMP).

Essential Skills

[ Should be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
[ Bilingual candidate will have an added advantage.
