Product Specialist (Surgical) – Mohamed N. Al Hajery and Sons Co. LTD

Responsible to deliver exceptional customer service, sales consulting and answering all customer questions

and concerns regarding the company’s Medical Equipment to ensure customers make the most informed

buying choice possible, while complying with Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons Policies and Procedures.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Policies and Procedures

▪ Implement the LCS department’s set policies and procedures and comply with the Mohamed Naser Al –

Hajery & Sons other policies.

Product Specialist Activities

▪ Seek out new leads and staying aware of new business opportunities such as newly opened medical

centers, hospitals, or clinics.

▪ Continuously expand knowledge of all Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons SHC department product lines.

▪ Implement and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service in line with Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery

Standards.

▪ Answer all questions accurately and address all concerns that the customer may have regarding any of

Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery Medical Product Line up.

▪ Consult customers in making the correct decision regarding which product is the right choice for their

specific needs.

▪ Demonstrate product functionality accurately, completely and competently and in line MNH policies,

procedures and the relevant training.

▪ Communicate all technical specifications to customers to ensure that the customer is aware of important

information such as the product’s capabilities, compatibility with other devices, and contraindications.

▪ Follow up with the customer until the request is realized as a tender or a direct order.

▪ Hand over the customer to the tender team or the customer service team and provide all the needed

technical details to make sure the ordertender is accurately communicated.

▪ Expand relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to

grow one or more assigned product lines.

▪ Lead demand-generating marketing activities such as (presentations, & in-conference demonstrations) in

the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.

▪ Remain in compliance with the regulatory guidelines related to the assigned products at all times.

▪ Log all customer contacts including contact information to be accessible to the direct superior and for

follow-up by the customers service team, when needed.

▪ Offer related products and services to new customers.

▪ Provide frequent reports to the direct superior about the latest developments with each customer.

▪ Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
