تعلن شركة «بسرعه» لخدمات التوصيل في الكويت عن حاجتها إلى موظفي مبيعات ميدانية وتطوير أعمال لاستقطاب المطاعم والمتاجر والمنشآت، وعرض خدمات المنصة ومتابعة فرص البيع حتى توقيع العقود وبدء التعامل.
تفاصيل العمل:
• عدد الشواغر: 2.
• الراتب: 300 دينار كويتي لكل موظف.
• ساعات العمل: 10 ساعات يومياً.
• الإجازة: عطلة أسبوعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• البحث عن العملاء المحتملين والتواصل معهم وترتيب الزيارات والاجتماعات.
• فهم احتياجات المطاعم والمنشآت وشرح خدمات التوصيل المناسبة لها.
• تقديم العروض والتفاوض ضمن الأسعار والشروط المعتمدة من الشركة.
• متابعة العروض وفرص البيع وإتمام إجراءات توقيع العقود.
• التنسيق مع فريق العمليات لتجهيز بدء الخدمة للعملاء الجدد.
• توثيق الزيارات ونتائج التواصل ومراحل التفاوض ورفع تقارير المتابعة.

Basraa is a delivery services platform in Kuwait seeking Field Sales and Business Development Representatives to acquire restaurant, retail, and other business clients, present the platform’s services, and manage sales opportunities through contract signing and service launch.
Job details:
• Vacancies: 2.
• Salary: KWD 300 per employee.
• Working hours: 10 hours daily.
• Time off: One day off per week.
Key responsibilities:
• Identify and contact prospective clients, and arrange visits and meetings.
• Understand the needs of restaurants and other businesses, and explain suitable delivery services.
• Present proposals and negotiate within company-approved pricing and terms.
• Follow up on proposals and sales opportunities, and coordinate the contract signing process.
• Coordinate with the operations team to prepare service launch for new clients.
• Record visits, contact outcomes, and negotiation stages, and prepare follow-up reports.
