This role requires a high level of technical and creative skills, where the chocolatier produces a diverse range of products, from traditional chocolates to intricate confections. A chocolatier must have a deep understanding of chocolate ingredients and preparation techniques, along with the ability to innovate and create new products that cater to various customer tastes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare chocolates using various techniques such as tempering and molding.
  2. Invent and design new flavors and styles of chocolates and confections.
  3. Monitor the quality of ingredients and final products.
  4. Present marketing proposals for new products to clients.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies.
  6. Train new staff on chocolate-making techniques.
  7. Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary ingredients.
  8. Stay updated with the latest trends in chocolate production.
  9. Provide technical support to clients when needed.
