Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring that all items are accounted for and in good condition, utilizing inventory management software to track discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and accessibility, applying best practices in warehouse management to improve operational efficiency.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, using barcode scanners and packing materials to prepare items for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and audits, utilizing inventory control systems to report any discrepancies and ensure accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely, adhering to safety regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
