Responsibilities:

4. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that tables are promptly cleaned and set for the next guests to enhance the dining experience.
5. Provide detailed menu knowledge to customers, including daily specials and recommendations, to help them make informed dining choices and enhance their experience.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to our establishment.
7. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow waiters to ensure smooth service flow, communicating any special requests or changes to orders to maintain efficiency.
8. Participate in regular training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge, contributing to personal growth and the overall success of the team.
9. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and reporting shortages to management, ensuring that operations run smoothly without interruptions.
