Tires Manager – Automotive – SOS HR Solutions

Key Requirements:

  • 10–20 years of experience in tyre management and operations
  • Candidates from inside or outside Kuwait are welcome to apply
  • Proven experience managing tyre centre operations, inventory, and daily activities
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervision
  • Ability to manage stock levels, supplier coordination, and operational efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of tyre products, services, and market trends
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall tyre centre operations and ensure smooth daily activities
  • Lead and supervise the tyre centre team
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of required stock
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement activities
  • Ensure excellent customer service and operational standards
  • Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans
