Technical Expert (Sub-Surface Disciplines) – Falcon Multi Services
PURPOSE & SCOPE
The company intends to hire a_ technical expert in Sub-surface disciplines with an overall experience of minimum 15 years in senior position with Oil & Gas sector-upstream. Exposure to seismic surveys, geological interpretation, field’s exploration, drilling and well
workover and rigs supervision related areas. Strong knowledge base and hands –on experience covering mentioned areas would constitute an ideal candidate.
Additional knowledge of training systems, learning management systems, blended learning tools, technical competencies and training needs identification process would support the tasks assigned for this position. Participation in a mentoring/ employee development initiative as a mentor in the past would be an added advantage.
