Supply Chain Manager – Switchgear – Industrial Electrical Projects Company

Experience: 8+ Years (Mandatory experience in Electrical Switchgear Industry – LV &

MV)

Note:

Only candidates with strong background in LV & MV Switchgear manufacturing and

supply chain operations should apply. Previous switchgear experience is compulsory.

Job Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the complete supply chain function including procurement,

logistics, inventory, and vendor management.

 Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with production and

project timelines.

 Ensure uninterrupted availability of switchgear components and raw materials.

 Optimize inventory levels to reduce cost and avoid shortages or excess stock.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

 Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.

 Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and compliance.

 Coordinate with design, production, quality, and project teams.

 Implement ERP and material planning systems effectively.

 Manage logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.

 Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO procedures.
