Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team in the Construction Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the structural design, analysis, and supervision of various building and infrastructure projects. The role demands a deep understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and structural systems used in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare structural analysis and design calculations for concrete, steel, and masonry structures.

Develop detailed structural drawings and specifications in coordination with architects and MEP engineers.

Ensure all structural designs comply with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., IS Codes, ACI, AISC, Eurocodes).

Review and validate drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.

Supervise site execution to ensure that construction aligns with the approved design and quality standards.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project managers for design coordination and execution planning.

Conduct structural assessments for existing buildings and recommend retrofitting or strengthening solutions.

Provide technical support and resolve issues during the construction phase (e.g., RFIs, site queries).

Use structural design and analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, andSAP2000.

Assist in value engineering and optimizing structural design for cost and material efficiency.
