Strategy Manager/Head of Strategy, Governance – SOS HR Solutions
1. Business Planning Support
• Work with HR and Division Heads to prepare business plans for new and ongoing projects
• Validate timelines, operational feasibility, KPIs, and governance compliance
• Ensure plans follow the approved governance framework
2. Performance Monitoring & Follow-up
• Track performance of subsidiaries/business units from execution perspective
• Highlight delays, operational issues, and gaps to management
• Ensure action items assigned to teams are closed within timelines
3. Governance & Compliance Oversight
• Monitor workflow, authority matrix, and policy adherence across business segments
• Conduct operational audits to identify process gaps or non-compliance as part of
governance.
• Act as escalation point for urgent commercial/operational issues requiring Chairman/top
management involvement
4. Project Coordination
• Coordinate with division heads and subsidiary CEOs in Kuwait, KSA, and abroad to ensure
alignment on strategic projects
• Follow up on progress and ensure deliverables are achieved without delay
• Prepare status/progress reports and update top management
5. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare board-level summaries, structured presentations, and management reports
• Maintain documentation for policies, business plans, and organizational guidelines
6. Legal & Commercial Coordination
• Review contracts, commercial terms, and legal documents from operational feasibility
and the compliance side.
