Store Manager – CAF Cafe – Tamdeen Group

Key Responsibilities: 

Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store as per the CAF standard and guidelines.

Supervise, lead, and direct the team and ensure satisfactory performance.

Ensure the store delivers excellent customer service and good quality of drinks and food products to achieve store sales target.

Initiate and drive LSM (Local Store Marketing) to improve topline sales.

Manage stock control and inventory.
