Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the spare parts department, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient order processing to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies utilizing ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to track stock levels and forecast demand accurately.
3. Lead and mentor a team of spare parts specialists, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with sales and service departments to identify customer needs and tailor spare parts offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable insights, driving sales growth and enhancing the overall customer experience.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts.
