Soft Service Supervisor – Mudon Group

1- Daily Operations & Supervision

  • Supervise the daily workflow of in-house and outsourced soft service teams to ensure all tasks are completed as per the schedule and approved plan.
  • Conduct daily site walks and inspections to monitor manpower tasks & locations.

2- Team Supervision & Daily Readiness

  • Conduct daily briefings and visual inspections to ensure all staff are present, in correct uniform, and equipped for their duties.
  • Verify that staff are applying their training correctly in daily tasks.

3- Quality & Compliance Monitoring

  • Monitor adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by all on-site personnel.
  • Identify and report quality deficiencies, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.
  • Support the implementation of corrective actions as directed by the Line Manager.

4- Vendor & Contractor On-site Supervision

  • Monitor the daily performance of contractors and suppliers against their assigned tasks and SLAs and Verify that all contractors on site have valid work permits.  
  • Identify the areas of improvement for the contractors

5- Health, Safety & Environment.

  • Promote a safe working environment by ensuring staff and contractors follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
  • Report all safety incidents, near-misses, and concerns immediately to the Line Manager & concerned team member.

6- Administrative Support & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, inspections, stock levels of cleaning supplies, and checklist.
  • Prepare and submit routine daily and weekly summary reports to the Line Manager.
