SEO & E-Commerce Content Specialist – Nail Station Salon

Kana Group is currently seeking an SEO & E-Commerce Content Specialist to manage, create, optimize, and localize the content of our retail website in both English and Arabic.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate product information, creating search-optimized content, translating and localizing product details for the local market, and ensuring the website remains organized, consistent, and easy for customers to navigate.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with product information, e-commerce platforms, SEO principles, bilingual content, and day-to-day website content management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain product titles, descriptions, key benefits, features, specifications, ingredients, usage instructions, warnings, and other product information.
• Translate and localize all relevant product information from English to Arabic.
• Ensure Arabic content is properly localized for the local market rather than relying on direct or machine translation.
• Maintain consistency in Arabic terminology, brand names, product categories, technical terms, measurements, and naming conventions.
• Review Arabic translations for grammar, readability, accuracy, and suitability for e-commerce.
• Ensure English and Arabic product pages contain matching and complete information.
• Adapt product descriptions and marketing copy when necessary to make them natural and relevant for Arabic-speaking customers.
• Optimize product pages, category pages, and landing pages for search engines.
• Conduct keyword research and identify relevant English and Arabic search terms for products and categories.
• Write SEO-friendly meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and page copy.
• Support Arabic SEO by identifying suitable Arabic keywords and incorporating them naturally into website content.
• Upload and update products, images, prices, categories, attributes, barcodes, specifications, and other information on the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure product information is accurate, complete, consistent, and correctly formatted.
• Organize products into appropriate categories, collections, filters, attributes, and website navigation.
• Improve existing product descriptions to increase readability, organic visibility, and conversion potential.
• Review the website regularly and correct outdated, duplicated, missing, inconsistent, or incorrect product information.
• Coordinate with purchasing, marketing, design, suppliers, and other departments to collect required product information and assets.
• Support promotional campaigns by creating or updating landing pages, collections, promotional content, banners, and website copy.
• Monitor basic SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Identify SEO and content opportunities based on website performance, customer searches, and search trends.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research to improve product presentation and content quality.
• Ensure all website content follows company branding, tone of voice, terminology, and content standards.
• Maintain a structured database or master file of product information when required.

Arabic Localization Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for localizing product content into Arabic, including:

• Product names and titles
• Product descriptions
• Key benefits
• Features and specifications
• Ingredients
• Directions for use
• Warnings and precautions
• Product type and category
• Size, quantity, and measurement information
• Suitable skin, hair, or product-use information where applicable
• Promotional copy
• Category descriptions
• Website banners and landing-page content
• Meta titles and meta descriptions
• Other customer-facing product information

Arabic translations should be clear, natural, commercially appropriate, and suitable for customers in the local market while preserving the original meaning and technical accuracy of the product information.
