Sales Supervisor – Fashion (Female)
Job Purpose
To supervise the daily operations of the store, lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives, ensure excellent customer service standards, and maintain store presentation, inventory control, and operational compliance in alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and customer service standards, taking corrective action when required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service.
- Coordinate staff schedules, shift planning, attendance monitoring, and task allocation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and on-the-job training of store employees.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the store consistently maintains high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandiser to execute promotional displays, seasonal setups, and product placement strategies.
- Monitor stock levels and oversee replenishment activities to ensure product availability.
- Supervise receiving, transfers, stock counts, and inventory accuracy activities.
- Minimize stock loss through proper control measures and adherence to loss prevention procedures.
- Prepare and submit operational and sales reports to the Retail Operations Manager.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and operational issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the store.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and operational checks.
